KIA tops ACI-ASQ Arrival survey

Bengaluru: The Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) has emerged top, among all participating airport in an international survey of satisfaction levels of passengers. 

As indicated by the first Arrival Survey of ACI-ASQ (Airports Council International-Airport Service Quality), led by the Airports Council International for the first quarter of this financial year the KIA has scored 4.67 points (out of 5) trailed by the Abu Dhabi International Airport with 4.53 points and Toronto Pearson International Airport at third place with 4.44 points. Prominently, KIA was the only Indian airport that took part in this competition. 

The ASQ Arrivals Survey measures travelers’ perspectives on five key regions of disembarkation, immigration, baggage reclaim, customs and airport infrastructure.

The ACI has been leading departure reviews for 358 international airport around the world.
