Kishan Hegde murder case: Police arrest four more persons

Udupi: Police have arrested four persons in connection with the brutal killing of a rowdy sheeter at Hiriadka.

The arrested persons are identified as Sachin D Amin (37), Akshay Shettigar (26), Sanjit (19), all residents of Katipalla and Chetan (23), a resident of Thokur.

On September 24, rowdy-sheeter Kishan Hegde was hacked to death in broad daylight near Veerabhadra temple here. The investigation into the case has revealed that the murder was committed over financial issues.

Two days after the incident police had arrested five persons in connection with the case.

Police also confiscated a Maruti Swift, a Maruti Ritz, Toyota Innova, 2 Pulsar bikes, hammers and swords used in the murder from the arrested.
