Kite festival at Malpe beach today

Malpe: On the occasion of New Year, the district administration in association with the Malpe development committee, will be conducting a kit festival at Malpe beach on Dec 31st.

The district in-charge minister, Dr Jayamala will be inaugurating the celebration at 10 am in the morning. The festival will be conducted from 10 am in the morning to 12 pm in the night.

A wide variety of kites are expected to be flown including a kite resembling a train by Fly 360 team, tiger, Teddy bear, transformer, heart, rabbit, panda, Ashok Chakra, a 110 feet 3D kite resembling a snake besides a 3D octopus, dragon, Santa Claus and many other designs.
