Coconut oil is a great cooking ingredient as it is known for its easy to digest, quick to absorb features

Coconut contains two special ingredients that make it excellent for immunity, lauric acid and caprylic acid. Both are well-known for fighting off yeast overgrowth (candida), along with bacterial infections.

It not only contains nutrition but also medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs). There are various benefits of coconut oil as it has antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties which help to keep you healthy and immune.

If you feel feverish, lethargic and restless all the time, then you have a weak immunity system. You need to boost your immune system, failing which you can only make your health worse.

Coconut oil enhances our metabolism in addition to strengthening the immune system which will keep the body protected against atmospheric impurities. Though it hasn’t been found to be a proven cure for any disease, the antiviral properties in coconut oil have been through extensive research.
