Kollur: An accident involving a mini-bus carrying the Kantara-1 film crew occurred near Halchal’s Anezhari on Sunday night at around 8 p.m. The mishap happened when a scooter suddenly approached the mini-bus, forcing the driver to swerve the vehicle off the road.
The vehicle was carrying members of the film’s technical team and supporting artistes. Minor injuries were reported, and the injured were treated at a nearby hospital before discharge.
No police case has been filed regarding the incident. However, a verbal altercation reportedly occurred between the bus driver and the artistes, with allegations of driver negligence being raised.
