Koppa: Two killed in car accident

Koppa: In a tragic accident two people were killed in a road accident near Kuduregundi of Koppa taluk on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as Nasir and Mohammad Areef, both residents of Shimoga.
Reportedly, the accident took place when an Innova car going toward Shimoga collided head-on with the Kwid car coming in the opposite direction.
The driver of the Kwid car was also injured in the accident and is currently undergoing treatment in a private hospital.
A case in this regard has been registered with the Koppa police.
