Koppal: SSLC student pens congratulatory letter to Edu Min

Koppal: A 10 standard girl student of Morarji Desai Residential School in the taluk’s Betageri has written a congratulatory letter to Education Minister Suresh Kumar, appreciating his concerned for the health and well-being of the students.

Priyanka, the student, has stated in the letter that she was afraid of appearing for the SSLC examinations due to the spread of COVID-19. However, after the healthcare staff and ASHA workers at the examination centre screened them, provided them with facemask and with instructions on hygiene, her confidence was boosted.

She also mentions that she has written the letter on behalf of all the students of her school. The letter had the signatures of many of the school’s students.

The students of another school in the taluk, Betegere Government High School, gave roses to the healthcare staff, ASHA workers, Police personnel, Scouts and Guides members and town council authorities as a token of their appreciation towards them for services.
