Kota double murder case: Bail granted to accused ZP member

Kundapur: Conditional bail to the ninth suspect of Kota twin-murder was granted on Tuesday by the state high court.
Justice Sunil Datt Yadav, who was hearing the arguments for and against the bail application, granted conditional bail to the accused, zilla panchayat (ZP) member Raghavendra Kanchan Barikere.
The double murder case of Kota near here has taken a sudden twist with the arrest of two police constables of District Armed Reserve Force (DAR) by the investigating officers.
It may be recalled that BJP ZP member Raghavendra Kanchan, who is one of the accused in Kota double murder case has been suspended from the party.
