Kota Srinivas Poojary will be leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council

Bengaluru: Kota Srinivas Poojary was chosen as the leader of the opposition in the Legislative Council.
The BJP executive which met here on Friday June 29, has decided to appoint Poojary considering regional representation and caste equations.
Addressing the media here, BJP general secretary Aravind Limbavali informed that the party has decided to appoint Poojary as the leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council and MLC Mahantesh Kavatagimath as the chief whip in the Council.
