KPTCL Exam: Candidate uses smartwatch for malpractice, gets arrested

Belagavi: A Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation (KPTCL) written exam candidate has been arrested for allegedly involving in malpractice.
The arrested candidate is identified as Siddappa Maddihalli.
The Gokak Police have informed that the candidate used a smartwatch to write the Junior Assistant exam.
Speaking to Udayavani, Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Patil has said, “We have already begun probing the case from all angles. We’ll trace out the culprits soon”.
Meanwhile, the Gokak Police have formed two teams led by DySP P Manoj Kumar Nayak to investigate the matter.
