KSOU can now offer MBA courses

Mysuru: The Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) will be launching Master of Business Administration (MBA) courses soon as the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) gave its approval for it.
KSOU will be allowed to admit 10,000 students for the 2021-22 academic year for MBA (General Administration) in the open and distant learning mode.
Vice-Chancellor of KSOU Vidyashankar said that the university is the first among 18 open universities in India to get AICTE recognition.
The university also received approval from the University Grants Commission recently to receive funds from the Commission.
