Bengaluru: The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) will be releasing ‘KSPCB App’ to provide information on the functioning of the Pollution Control Board and environmental pollution control.
“The app will provide people with information about air quality, the Board’s rules, circulars, officers details and will also take complaints and suggestions,” informed Srinivasulu, a member of the Board.
“More than fifty thousand factories in the State are subject to the Pollution Control Board’s rules. The new app will help us connect with such industry owners and the general public and will also use GPS,” Srinivasulu added.
The app will be released by Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on December 29.
