KSRTC bus rams into tree after steering wheel gets cut off; several injured

Kalaburagi: In a freak mishap, a Solapur-bound KSRTC bus rammed into a tree reportedly after its steering wheel got cut off near Chincholi Sugar Mill and Bio Industries on Sunday, February 9.
The incident took place barely 3 km away from Chincholi bus stand. Out of the 25 persons who sustained injuries, six have been admitted to Kalaburagi Hospital while the condition of three persons is said to be critical.
Chincholi Sub Inspector Rajashekhara Rathod visited the accident spot.
A case has been registered in Chincholi police station.
