KSRTC bus services to MIA flagged off

Mangaluru: The long-awaited KSRTC low-floor air-conditioned Volvo bus service to the Mangaluru International Airport was flagged off on Tuesday, November 1.

The bus services were launched by MP and BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel at the city’s KSRTC bus stand in Bejai.

The three buses named Karavali Kannada Teru will ply from Mangaluru Central Railway Station and Manipal to Mangaluru International Airport.

MLAs Vedavyas Kamath, Dr.Y.Bharat Shetty, Umanath Kotyan, Pratap Simha Nayak, Chairman of Fisheries Development Corporation A.V. Thirtharam, KSRTC Divisional Controller Rajesh Shetty and other public representatives, transport staff were present.
