KSRTC to ply mini buses to Madikeri

Madikeri: After multiple landslides and incessent rains in Madikeri, the Sampaje Road which connnects Madikeri to Sullia has been closed. 

From today, the KSRTC will ply upto 5 mini buses on this route via Bhagamandala, Karike and Panathur.

KSRTC Puttur division DTO Muralidhar Acharya told a news channel, “The distance between Madikeri and Sullia is about 51 km, but now we will ply buses through Kerala and the distance has gone up to 91 kilometres. This route too has experienced landslides, but authorities said that they would clear soon.
About 4-5 mini buses will ply on the route.
