K’taka bypolls: BJP will win all 15 assembly seats, says BSY

Belagavi: Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on Wednesday said that BJP will win all the fifteen assembly seats in the bypolls which will be held on December 5.

Addressing pressperson here Yediyurappa said, “Supreme court will hear Disqualified MLAs plea on October 22 and I am sure the verdict on the case will be in our favour. ”

He further clarified that there is no misunderstand or difference of opinion amongst the state BJP leaders. Our main focus now is By-election and I am sure that our party will win all the 15 assembly seats.

“As flood relief work is undergoing in the state our government has not yet proposed any loan waiver scheme, however, we are trying to complete the loan waiver process started by the previous government,” he added.

The bypolls to 15 Karnataka seats will be held on December 5, according to a new notification issued on September 27. The counting will take place on December 9.

As per the new schedule, November 21 will be the last date of withdrawing from electoral battle.
