Bengaluru: According to sources, about 5 legislators have been confirmed to be appointed as ministers in the State’s Cabinet in January.
This decision is reported to have come after the visit to the State by BJP’s Karnataka in-charge Arun Singh earlier in the month. After which the central leadership of the party is supposed to have approved the expansion of the Cabinet.
It was reported that the chief minister is waiting for the gram panchayat elections, the first phase of which was conducted on December 22, to be over.
It was not known which MLAs have made it into the Cabinet.
