K’taka COVID-19 update: 662 new cases, 1344 discharges, 4 deaths on Dec 28

Bengaluru: On December 28, 662 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across the State along with 1,344 recoveries and 4 virus-related deaths.

The day’s figures have raised the State’s tallies to 9,17,571 total reported COVID-19 cases and 12,074 deaths to date.

Presently, 11,861 COVID-19 cases are presently active out of whom 206 are undergoing treatment in Intensive Care Units.

Bengaluru Urban district again reported the highest number of cases in the State at 370.

All other districts reported less than 40 cases.
