K’taka COVID-19 update: 7606 new cases, 12030 discharges, 10036 deaths on Oct 11

Bengaluru: On October 11, the total COVID-19 deaths in the State crossed 10,000 mark with 70 new deaths raising the total death toll to 10,036.

On the same day, 7,606 new COVID-19 cases were reported along with 12,030 recoveries.

The total number of cases reported in the State has now risen to 7,17,915 out of which 1,15,776 cases are presently active.

Districts that reported a higher number of COVID-19 cases are Bengaluru Urban 3,498, Belagavi 444, Udupi 317, Mysuru 309, Dakshina Kannada 303, Hassana 278, Tumakuru 264 and Chitradurga 210.
