K’taka COVID-19 update: 9746 new cases; 9102 discharges; 128 deaths on Sep 4

Bengaluru: On September 4, 9,746 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across the State along with 9,102 discharges of recovered people and 128 COVID-19 deaths.

With this new addition in numbers, the total cases in the State have risen to 3,89,232 and the death toll has increased to 6,298.

Presently, there are 99,617 active cases in the State, 769 of them are admitted in Intensive Care Units.

Districts in which higher number of cases were recorded include Bengaluru Urban 3,093, Mysuru 790, Belagavi 473, Davanagere 395, Dakshina Kannada 377, Ballari 366, Hassana 347, Shivamogga 346, Mandya 246, Koppala 243, Chitradurga 240, Chikkamagaluru 238, Dharwad 227, Kalaburagi 198, Gadag 195, Tumakuru 192, Haveri 188, Raichuru 186, Udupi 175, Bagalakote 144, Chikkaballapura 133, Bidar 119, Kolara 112 and Vijayapura 103.
