Subramanya: The Kukke Shree Subramanya temple has decided to restart the Ashlesha seva offerings at evenings.

Ritual services and offerings were restarted in the temple recently but were restricted and no services were allowed after evening.

In a news conference, Additional Deputy Commissioner and temple administrator MJ Roopa said that from September 24 offerings and rituals will be allowed in the evenings. A total of 225 ritual services will be performed in a day: 150 in the day and 75 in the evenings.

“All arrangements will be made to facilitate the devotees and ritual services in the future. Presently, the ‘anna prasad’ will not be distributed to children,” she added.

Later, Roopa supervised the development work undertaken in the temple premises.

Temple Executive Officer Ravindra MH was also present during this occasion.
