Kumaraswamy meets N Chandrababu Naidu

Hyderabad/Bengaluru: CM HD Kumaraswamy and his Andhra Pradesh counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu met on Friday.
It has been reported that the two discussed about the need to bring regional parties together to defeat the NDA government in the next election.
CM Kumaraswamy who completed his 100 days as the new CM had been to Vijayawada along with his family to visit the Goddess Kanaka Durga temple at Indrakeeladri.
Chandrababu, met Kumaraswamy at the hotel where he was residing.
Addressing the media CM Naidu said, “We met on a short note to quickly discuss on working together and bringing the regional parties together to defeat the NDA. We will soon meet again for detailed discussion,”
Kumaraswamy said the exercise to bring regional parties together had already begun and the meeting with Naidu is continuation of it. He said, “we all will sit together and decide who should be the Prime Minister candidate. Our goal is to defeat the NDA. We are eager to join hands with as many regional parties as possible”.
