Kumaraswamy visits Ambareesh, invites him to join JD(S)

Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister and state JD(S) president, H D Kumaraswamy, paid shock visit to actor tuned politician Ambareesh, who had as of late proclaimed retirement from politics.
Kumaraswamy visited the residence of Ambareesh situated on Race Course Road alongside MLC, T A Sharavana, late night on Saturday. He held talks with Ambareesh for over 60 minutes. It is said that amid the discussions, Ambareesh communicated his profound dismay at the way Congress leaders dealt with him. Sources included that he missed the mark concerning giving any solid confirmation about leaving Congress and joining JD(S).
Ambareesh is said to have conveyed his disappointment to Kumaraswamy who then issued him B form and asked him to challenge the election. He thought about how could the leaders overlooked his health problem when requesting that he challenge the election, it is said.
Both the leaders exchanged views about the current political situation amid which Kumaraswamy welcomed him to join his party. He additionally approached Ambareesh to at least canvass for his party candidates in the event that he can’t traverse for the present. Ambareesh who did not give any reasonable reaction, said he will take an appropriate choice in course of time, sources included.
