Kundapur: Hit-and-run accident claims bike rider’s life, another injured

Kundapur: A person was killed while another sustained injuries after their bike was hit by a speeding vehicle on national highway 66 at Trasi near here on Friday, May 29.

Suresh, a native of Haveri died in the hit-and-run accident while Veerappa who was riding pillion sustained serious injuries. He has been admitted to a hospital.

Both the youth are said to be natives of Haveri.

Gangolli police registered a case.
