Kundapur: Man ends life due to alleged financial distress

Kundapur: A 37-year-old man committed suicide inside a building in Hangarakatte due to alleged financial pressure on Saturday, August 22.
The deceased is identified as Nagaraja Mogaveera, a resident of Hangarakatte, Irodi Village.
It is gathered that he was working at Bengaluru and due to COVID-19 he was in his native from the past two months.
Nagaraj had taken separate loans for the marriage of his two sisters and it is gathered that he was financial pressure due to this.
As per sources, Nagaraj had informed the family members that he will bring the Ganesha Idol on Saturday, Morning for Ganesh Chathurthi. However, he was found hanging inside the Hangarakatte Yuvaka Mandala building.
A complaint has been registered at Kota police station in this regard.
