Kundapur: One killed, another injured in road accident

Kundapur: A person was killed and another person was severely injured after an unidentified vehicle rammed into their a bike on Saturday, May 23.

The deceased has been identified as Praveen and the injured is Shankar, both residents of Heberu, Pduvari village of Byndoor

As per sources, the accident took place when the duo was plying from Kundapur to Byndoor. Both the bike rider and the pillion got seriously injured. While, the rider lost his life on the way to the hospital, the pillion is in a critical condition at Ajjarakad hospital in Udupi.

A case in this connection is registered at Gangolli police station.
