Kundapura: One dead, two injured after car topples

Kundapura: One person was killed and two others were seriously injured in a horrific accident on Tuesday afternoon on the service road in front of the KSRTC depot on National Highway 66. The driver of the Innova lost control, causing the vehicle to ram into the guard rails of the flyover.
There were three passengers in the car, which was returning to Pondicherry after visiting the Mookambika Temple in Kollur.
It is learned that the iron grills were also damaged due to the impact, and the condition of the injured is critical. Fortunately, there were not many vehicles on the road when the accident occurred.
The police of Kundapur Traffic Station rushed to the spot for investigation. Locals assisted in rescue operations and shifted the injured to the hospital.
The identities of the injured and the dead were not immediately known.
