Kundapura: Stone Age tools discovered

Kundapura: Stone tools from the Stone Age were discovered in a large passage inside the Mookambika Wildlife Sanctuary near Iduru-Kunjadi in the taluk.
The discovery was reported by Prof T. Murugeshi, Associate Professor of Ancient History and Archeology, MSRS College, Shirva.
These tools found include stone blades and arrowheads.
These ancient stone tools are similar to the ones found at Uppinangadi and Maniga earlier.
