Kurma Rao appointed Udupi DC, Jagadeesha transferred

Udupi: The state government appointed Kurma Rao M as Deputy Commissioner of Udupi district with immediate effect replacing J Jagadeesha.
Jagadeesha who was Udupi DC has been transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary to Chief Minister.
The state government had appointed J Jagadeesha as Deputy Commissioner of Udupi district in August 2019.
Prior to taking charge as Udupi DC, J Jagadeesha was serving as the CEO of Zilla Panchayat in Kolar District.
