KV Principal, accused of sexual abuse, suspended

Bengaluru: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Principal who was accused of sexually abusing a girl student in Bengaluru has finally been suspended.
When Kumar Thakur was the Principal of the Hebbal branch in Bengaluru, a girl student had accused him of sexual abuse. Though he was arrested, he managed to secure bail in a day. He was then transferred to Karwar, but the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) issued his suspension orders.
Reports also state that Thakur used to sexually harass women staff.
