Leading by Example: Sullia sub-inspector fills up pothole

Sullia: In a rare incident that took place in the town, Sullia sub-inspector took matters to his own hands and filled a pothole that was posing much danger to motorists. This act of public service has received much appreciation from the public.
Sullia police sub-inspector Manjunath, equipped with all tools and materials essential to fill a huge pothole near Peraje on Mani-Mysuru road and filled the pothole himself. The selfless service of the cop was witnessed by the public who recorded his video and is currently going viral on social sites.
A huge pothole on the road near Peraje was causing inconvenience to motorists since many days and drivers had expressed their grievance with concerned authorities. The news of the distress reached the sub-inspector who equipped himself with cement, hoe, pickaxe and other tools and went to the spot of the pothole to get it repaired.
