Leopard creating panic trapped in Udupi

Udupi: A leopard that was creating panic among the locals of Pernankila village has been trapped in the cage placed by the forest department officials on Friday, July 23.
As the menace of a leopard was increasing day by day, people had stopped venturing out in the night.
The forest department placed a cage in the farm of Ashok Nayak of Gundupade to trap the leopard nearly 20 days ago after receiving a complaint from the villagers.
It is said to be the third leopard that was caught in the Pernankila village.
