Mangaluru/Madikeri: District in-charge Minister Ramanath Rai lashed out at Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat and challenged him to contest against him in the upcoming Assembly elections.

Addressing the press here Rai said “Let Prabhakar Bhat contest against me , he will lose his deposit if he contests election. He thinks that he is of very high status in the society. But people of our locality know his true nature,”

When questioned about the lunch which was earlier provided by Sri Mookambika Temple towards a school in Kalladka, Rai said “The donations received should be utilized for the development of the temple.  The education department provides grant for the lunch of students of aided schools. Bhat wants money instead of lunch for his school,”
