Just days after the prohibition of entering the Murdeshwar sea was lifted, on Friday, three young individuals narrowly avoided a potentially life-threatening situation in the water.

The three individuals have been identified as Siddhartha (24), Dixit (20), and Santhosh (24), all hailing from Hamsanabavi village in Haveri district.

These youngsters, part of a group of five from Haveri district, ventured into the waters and while frolicking in the waves, one of them was suddenly engulfed by a strong wave, propelling them into a dangerous situation. Fortunately, the vigilant lifeguards present at the scene swiftly intervened, rescuing the individuals from the turbulent sea.

Thanks to the prompt and coordinated efforts of lifeguard personnel Chandrasekhara Devadiga, Jayaram, and Pandu, the three youths were safely rescued from a potentially life-threatening situation.
