Lil Nas X’s reply to ‘Montero’ reaching 1 million YouTube dislikes

American rapper and hip-hop artist Lil Nas X’s savage reply to his music video, “Montero” reaching 1 million dislikes on YouTube has left netizens amused.
Lil Nas X celebrated his homosexuality and even dissed his critics and homophobic audience through the music video and since then the video has been under constant hate from social media trolls. The music video has so far received over 312 million views on YouTube since it was shared on March 26.
Last week, the music video set a new record as it became the artist’s first music video to receive one million dislikes. A Twitter user brought this to the attention as wrote that the video had surpassed one million dislikes on YouTube. The user wrote, “It becomes his first video on Youtube to reach this milestone. Congrats Lil Nas X.”

Responding to the tweet, the Grammy-winning singer wrote, “thank you to everyone who made this possible. I am nothing without you guys’ lack of support.”

In July, he released another music video for his latest song Industry Baby which again highlights his journey as an artist, his success and his sexuality. The singer collaborated with Jack Harlow for his latest single.
