Bengaluru: BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa on Saturday said that after discussing with state leaders, he will be leaving for Delhi to finalise the names of aspirants for Lok Sabha Polls
Addressing presspersons Yeddyurappa said that he has already had the discussion with party national president Amit Shah on tickets for Lok Sabha aspirants on Friday, March 8, after discussing with state leaders, he will be leaving for Delhi to finalise the names.
He further commenting on Revanna remarks against Sumalatha said that what ever Revanna spoke of Sumalatha was not right. However, it is left to the Congress and JD(S) to decide to give a ticket to Sumalatha. No efforts have been made to admit Sumalatha into the BJP. The BJP has not taken any decision on supporting Sumalatha if she decides to contest as an independent candidate.
The Lok Sabha polls are likely to be announced very soon, therefore he have been touring all the constituencies to win at least 22 seats in the state.
