In anticipation of the upcoming elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Janata Dal-Secular (JDS) alliance in Karnataka is confident of securing all 28 seats in the state, according to BJP state president BY Vijayendra.
During a recent campaign event for DK BJP candidate Brijesh Chowta, Vijayendra emphasized the importance of supporting the BJP-JDS coalition for the development and security of the country.
He cited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, highlighting initiatives such as the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and efforts to combat Naxalism.
Vijayendra expressed optimism about Modi’s potential re-election, attributing it to the support of conscious voters who recognize the need for a stable government under Modi’s leadership. He underscored the importance of each vote in ensuring the country’s security and progress.
Meanwhile, legislative council member K. Pratapasimha Naik, along with other BJP leaders, rallied support for the party, emphasizing the failures of the incumbent Congress government. They highlighted issues such as drought, law and order concerns, and the protection of traitors in the state legislature.
In response to the challenges faced by the Congress, BJP candidate Brijesh Chowta stressed the significance of the upcoming elections for the future of the country. He urged party workers to actively promote the BJP and Modi’s leadership to secure victory in the polls.
Echoing similar sentiments, MLA Harish Poonja emphasized the election’s importance in preserving Hindutva values and ensuring the nation’s prosperity. He expressed confidence in Vijayendra’s ability to lead as the next Chief Minister of Karnataka.
The campaign event witnessed the participation of thousands of party activists, demonstrating widespread support for the BJP-JDS alliance and its agenda for the state and the nation.
