Mangaluru: In a sad twist of fate, a young couple committed suicide in a lodge near central railway station on Sunday, October 13.
The deceased are identified as young couple committed suicide in a lodge near central railway station on Sunday, October 13.
The couple took the extreme step by consuming rat poison in a lodge near central railway station. Both the deceased are from Kasaragod in Kerala.
Preliminary reports suggest that there were objections for their marriage as they belonged to different castes. Mangaluru South police have registered a case.
