The Srirangapattana police on Wednesday warned couples who were found wandering around in Karighatta hills here.
This comes after the rape case at Mysuru’s Chamundi hills, where a couple fell victim to miscreants who had seen them frequenting the place.
Srirangapattana police inspector Rekha along with Crime branch’s inspector Sunil’s team led an operation at Karighatta hills. The police warned the lovers wandering around and told them not to go around isolated places.
