Mumbai :  Actor Madhuri Dixit is set to produce a Marathi film under her home production, RnM Moving Pictures. The company has previously produced e-learning and DTH content.

“We at RnM Moving Pictures are very excited to step into this new role and start working on the project. It’s a family entertainer and we have a lovely team on board. I am looking forward to start the shooting process soon,” Madhuri said in a statement.

Though the title of the film hasn’t been revealed yet, the preparations have begun. The film, which is said to be a family entertainer, will be shot later this year. Swapnaneel Jayakar of 2013 hit “Tendulkar Out” fame, will direct the film, while Yogesh Vinayak Joshi, who has earlier penned films like “Mumbai Meri Jaan” and “Hava Aney Dey”, has written the script.

The makers are in the process of locking the cast and crew, which will be finalised in the coming months. The film will release next year.
