MAHE ranked in QS world ranking

- Only private university in the country to get ranked in the list
Manipal: MAHE (Manipal Academy of Higher Education) has been identified in the QS world ranking’s medical and pharmacy division and incidentally, is the only private university in the country that has been mentioned in the list.
This is the third year in a row that Manipal KMC and Pharmaceutical College (MCoPS) has been give the rank. KMC has been selected in the 351- 400 division and has earned 58.9 marks. MCoPs has been selected in the 201-250 category with 59.8 marks.
The ranking is given base on marks given based on educational, employer background, student-lecturer ratio, lecturer’s performance and international lecturer – student ratio. The list follows a strict set of guidelines. AIIMS Delhi, Jamia Hamdard New Delhi and Banaras Hindu University have been mentioned in the list.
“KMC and MCoPS achieving world rank has brought happiness. Our institutions will achieve even more,” said MAHE university chancellor Dr H Vinod Bhat.
