Major fire breaks out near Bandra station

Mumbai: A major fire broke out in the slums located in Behrampada near Bandra station at around 3 pm today.
The fire department received a call about the fire in Bandra around 3:20 pm. Thick black smoke was reported at the site.
The fire department was alerted on the incident and around eight officials arrived with six water tankers are currently working on dousing the blaze.
A video shared by a Mumbaikar shows thick black smoke at the east side of the Bandra railway station.
No casualties have been reported as of publishing this and further information is awaited.
