Malaika Arora makes planks fun, video goes viral

Malaika Arora recently turned to social media to show how one can make planks more appealing.

The actress is dressed in a co-ord athleisure set. She is wearing a grey halter neck sports bra and teamed it with a pair of matching Yoga pants. Her hair is tied in a bun to keep her hair off her face.

The video begins with Malaika and her friend looking straight into the camera and the text, ” Who says planks aren’t fun?” pops up.

Further, into the video, Malaika does various variations of the exercise that affects the arms and legs as well as the core muscles.
