Malali Mosque dispute: Mangaluru court posts matter to Feb 17

Mangaluru: The hearing in the petition by VHP in the Malali Mosque dispute came before the Third Additional Civil Court on Thursday.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has sought a scientific survey/excavation at the disputed mosque in the ongoing Malali Mandir-Masjid dispute.

Advocate Chidananda Kedilaya representing the VHP, presented arguments before the court. The lawyer representing the mosque management expressed the intention to present their arguments after the receipt of the high court verdict. The court adjourned the matter to February 17.
