Malaysian citizen gets aadhar card in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: In a shocking incident, a Malaysian national living here holds an ‘Aadhar’ card.
Hoh Jian Meng (25) a medical student is the accused.
Meng came via study visa, has succeeded in getting an Aadhar card for himself.
It has been alleged that many such incidents have taken place with the help of officials and people’s representatives in procuring fake Aadhar cards in the city.
The concerned department has gathered information that the address of the person as per the card happens to be ‘Hoh Jian Meng, son of Hoh Deng Kiyong, No. 012, Balmatta Road, Maharaja Residency, Hampanakatta, Mangaluru.
Locals claim that a woman had visited the said apartment, seeking to procure Aadhar card for people who were in need of them.
