Malpe police seek public’s help to trace 44-year-old missing man

Malpe: Police have sought information from the public related to the missing of a 44-year-old man from Malpe.

Praveen Belchada (44), a resident of Nejar Nidambali, has been missing since October 18. A case has been registered about his disappearance at the Malpe police station.

According to the complaint, Praveen lived alone. He was estranged from his wife and child for the past 3 years due to marital discord.  He used to go to his relative Prakash’s house for lunch and dinner.

Praveen reportedly informed his relative about going out but failed to return.  His mobile phone was also switched off.

Praveen is 5 foot 6 inches tall and has a wheatish complexion. Police have requested to public to contact the Malpe police station with any information about Praveen.

A death note has been reportedly recovered from Praveen’s residence during a search.
