Mangaluru: In a rather strange instance, four people ended up having a brawl over the withdrawal of money from an ATM at Ganjimut junction, Kaikamba.
Reportedly a man named Ashraf, 30, of Kaikamba here was in the process of withdrawing cash from the ATM. However, he took an unusually long time for the withdrawal, which irritated three other men who were waiting outside the ATM for their turn. Angered by the delay, the men roughed him up as he stepped out of the ATM. Ashraf is also said to have assaulted them in retaliation.
Bajpe police registered a case.
