Man carrying cash attacked; stolen

Bengaluru: Bike borne unidentified miscreants stole away a fish merchants bag which contained cash worth lakhs.

The victim Prabhu basically from Tamil Nadu was on his way home carrying Rs 2.80 lakh cash in a bag. When he reached BRV Junction, the two bike borne unidentified miscreants waylaid his bike and stabbed Prabhu and escaped with the bag.

Prabhu was rushed to a hospital here.

Prabhu came to the city to collect money from fish sellers here and when he was on his way back the thieves attacked him. Police suspect that the robbers had information regarding Prabhu having money in his bag.
