Man hacked to death, private parts mutilated

Hunsur: A 45-year-old man was killed and private parts mutilated using lethal weapons by unidentified men on February 8.

The deceased has been identified as Mahesh alias Belluli Mahesh. It is said that Mahesh was married to Lakshmi and both got divorced after Mahesh agreed to pay the alimony. But he failed to fulfil the terms of divorce and was imprisoned for the same. In the mean time, his lover Ratna helped him get a bail and Mahesh walked out of the prison a week ago.

On Thursday night, few men hacked Mahesh to death when he was on the way back home. The police were informed by a few people who found Mahesh’s body lying in a pool of blood.

The police have registered a case and further investigation is in progress.
