Man held with 5 kg cannabis in Jammu

Jammu: A suspected drug peddler was arrested with five kg of cannabis here, the police said today.

A police party noticed a person moving under suspicious circumstances near Wave mall here last evening and stopped him for checking, a police spokesperson said.

During frisking, five kg ganja was seized from the accused, he said. He was arrested and a case registered against him at Bahu Fort police station, the spokesperson said.
